HY-2000 SILICONE WEATHERPROOFING SEALANT
PRODUCT FEATURES:
1. One part, room temperature cure, neutral, easy
to apply.
2. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, more than
ten years of service life. Virtually unaffected by
ultraviolet, ozone, rain, hailstone and temperature
extremes(-50¡æ-100¡æ).
3. Excellent adhesion to most building materials,
without a need for priming.
4. Medium or low modulus, optimum tensile-compression
restoring ability. The cured sealant maintains excellent
elasticity and not become hardening or breaking up.
5. Be compatible with all kinds of silicone structural
sealant and neutral silicone sealant.
PRODUCT PURPOSES:
Use for sealing the joints in ALUCOBEST aluminium composite panel
APPLICATION:
1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone
to keep the substrates surfaces completely clean and
dry.
2. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas
with masking tape before application.
3. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant
to joint areas.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application and
remove masking taps before sealant skins.
LIMITATIONS:
1. Don't use as structural sealant.
2. Don't use to joints which is hidden in earth or
immersed in water for lone time.
3. Don't use to greasy surfaces of building materials.
